Itinerary
Our adventure begins as everyone arrives in Queenstown, the adventure capital of New Zealand. Once the group is together, we kick things off with a visit to the iconic Kawarau Bungy Bridge—an awesome spot to soak in the scenery, watch the jumpers, and get a taste of Queenstown’s adrenaline‑charged atmosphere. Next, we head to the historic gold‑mining village of Arrowtown. Students can wander the charming streets, explore the old Chinese settlement, and enjoy the unique mix of history and alpine beauty. In the afternoon, we ride the Skyline Gondola to one of the best viewpoints in the region. For those keen on a bit more action, luging is available—always a favourite and a great way to bond as a group. We wrap up the day collecting our gear for the mountains for the next few days!
We kick off our first mountain day with a scenic drive from Queenstown to the stunning Cardrona Alpine Resort. Once we arrive, it’s straight into the action—students can choose between skiing or snowboarding, with terrain to suit every level from complete beginners to confident riders. The day is all about fun on the snow: learning new skills, exploring the trails, and enjoying Cardrona’s friendly, laid‑back mountain vibe. Whether carving down wide-open groomers or taking that first successful run, it’s always a highlight of the tour. After a full day on the slopes, we head back to Queenstown to relax, recharge, and get ready for the next adventure.
Today we head to Coronet Peak, Queenstown’s closest ski area and one of the most iconic mountains in the region. After a quick drive, we’re straight onto the slopes for another full day of skiing or snowboarding. Coronet Peak offers a fantastic mix of terrain, from wide beginner-friendly runs to rolling groomers perfect for building confidence and speed. Students can continue developing their skills, explore new trails, and enjoy the incredible alpine views that make this mountain so special. After an action-packed day on the snow, we return to Queenstown to relax, warm up, and enjoy the evening at our own pace. In the evening we will have a group dinner!
For our final day on the snow, we head up to The Remarkables, one of Queenstown’s most scenic and student‑friendly ski areas. With wide-open terrain and breathtaking alpine views, it’s the perfect place to enjoy one last session of skiing or snowboarding. Students can make the most of their remaining time on the mountain—whether that means practicing new skills, exploring fresh runs, or simply soaking in the atmosphere. After an awesome morning and early afternoon on the slopes, we return to Queenstown to pack up and get ready for the journey home. It’s a chance to reflect on an unforgettable week of adventure, new friendships, and incredible mountain experiences.
