All our tours operate in full compliance with New Zealand's Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and the Adventure Activity Regulations. We maintain a 1:10 supervisor-to-student ratio with all supervisors being first aid certified and background-checked.

24/7 Support
Our team maintains 24/7 communication with tour leaders and provides emergency support whenever needed. Lead guides are trained in emergency response situations and maintain constant contact with our head office.
